Job summary

Indus Hospital & Health Network is seeking a data-centric professional to manage TB program data across multiple sites. The role focuses on accurate data entry, timely monthly datasets, and liaison with field teams to ensure data integrity.

The candidate will monitor adherence, support M&E activities, and help train health workers on data tools while maintaining organized records and generating reports for supervisors.

Qualifications

• Graduate with experience in health data management and reporting.
• Proficiency in data entry, data cleaning, and maintaining records.
• Experience coordinating with field teams and health workers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry and Management: enter and update TB program data across sites.
• Monthly Data Compilation: coordinate with field staff for timely datasets.
• Follow-up and Adherence Monitoring: track LTFU and support adherence.
• Coordination with Field Teams: act as focal point for data communication.
• Monitoring and Evaluation Support: assist in data collection and site assessments.
• Inventory and Supplies Tracking: monitor data tools and replenish supplies.
• Training and Capacity Building: support training on data tools.
• Communication: maintain timely correspondence and respond to data queries.
• Records and Reporting: maintain files and prepare reports for supervisors.
