Greenstar Social Marketing Pakistan (Guarantee) Limited invites applications for an Assistant Manager Community Health - AMCH. The role requires field operations management in TB programs, supervising field staff, coordinating with CHOs, TB screeners, and district health authorities to ensure program targets and service quality.

The ideal candidate holds MBBS/MPH or Masters in Public Health, with 1-2 years of managerial field experience, strong data handling, and proficiency in MS-Office

Qualifications

• MBBS/MPH or Master’s in Public Health is preferred.
• 1–2 years of field operations experience in a managerial role is desirable.
• Strong data management and data analysis skills are required.
• Proficiency with MS-Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is expected.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Conduct regular field visits to guide and support at district/regional level.
• Facilitate selection of health service providers and hospitals.
• Coordinate trainings and prepare monthly work plans with regional updates.
• Ensure accurate data management and routine data entry in hard and soft formats.
• Maintain liaison with district TB coordinators and health authorities.
• Support stock/inventory management for TB drugs at clinic level.
