Qualifications

• MBBS/MPH or Master’s in Public Health is preferred.
• 1–2 years of field operations experience in a managerial role is desirable.
• Strong data management and data analysis skills are required.
• Proficiency with MS-Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is expected.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to guide and support at district/regional level.
• Facilitate selection of health service providers and hospitals.
• Coordinate trainings and prepare monthly work plans with regional updates.
• Ensure accurate data management and routine data entry in hard and soft formats.
• Maintain liaison with district TB coordinators and health authorities.

Description

Duties Duties & Responsibilit& Responsiblities:

• Conduct regular field visits to provide guidanceand technical supportwhile observing the processes and outcome at district/regional level
• Facilitatein selection of potential healthservice providers/private large and parastatal hospitals
• Facilitate all the trainings activities in the regions
• Prepare own work plan alignedwith the work plan submittedby the CHOs/TB Screeners/District Coordinator (DC) and submit his/her and regional Work plan to the Regional Coordinator on monthly basis
• Responsiblefor functionality of Providers networkas per updated TB guidelines
• Responsibleto accurate data management and ensuring regulardata entry both in hard & soft forms
• Review activities, work plan of the CHOs, TB Screeners, TB Counselors, DCs and providefeedback
• Timely reporting of the data/information from the field operation ensuringaccuracy and credibility of reports
• Conduct random field visits to TB patients,labs, providers/Large hospitals, informal practitioners, IPC activities & chest camps for quality assurance, work plans compliance and performance evaluation
• Ensure regular and effective lab visits by field staff to providethe best qualityservice to the patients in the labs as per monthly plan
• Follow Contact Screeningand TPT guidelines along with an assigned target
• Maintain good liaisonwith district TB coordinator and district healthauthorities
• Ensure management of stock/inventory of TB drugs including approval of district /zonal medicine requests at clinic level
• Any other task assigned by the supervisor

Job Specification:

The idealcandidate shall be a medicalgraduate /MPH / Master’s degreein relevant field

1-2 years field Operations experience in a managerial role preferred.

Experience of Data management and handling along with data analysis skills

Must have good command on MS-Office especially, Power Point and MS-Excel

Excellent communication (verbal/written) and strong managerial and leadership skills

Proven track record of team work

Strong administrative skills and ability to pay attention to details
