Job summary

CureMD in Lahore is seeking a Customer Success - Operations Analyst to analyze data, build reports and dashboards, and identify ways to improve efficiency and automate processes for customer success.

You will collaborate with CSMs, develop documentation, monitor handoffs, and help scale the customer operations team while delivering measurable improvements in satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, or Mathematics.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer success, operations, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with customer success metrics and processes.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Tech-savvy mindset and automation experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Passionate about driving customer success in operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer success data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key customer success metrics.
• Collaborate with customer success managers to understand their needs and identify areas for process optimization.
• Create and maintain documentation of customer success processes and workflows.
• Monitor the sales to customer success handoff process and identify areas for improvement.
• Use your tech-savvy skills to automate tasks and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual workloads for our CSMs.
• Conduct customer surveys to measure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate planning for the growth of our customer success team.
• Work with the compensation team to develop and manage incentive programs.
