Simply Connect is seeking a motivated Customer Service Sales Specialist to engage US customers, promote telecom services, and drive sales. Onsite night shift in Karachi, you will handle calls, recommend internet, TV, and mobile plans, and close deals while delivering exceptional service.

Strong English communication and persuasive skills are essential, with 1–2 years of sales experience. Prior BPO exposure is a plus, and you will earn a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of sales experience (telecom/BPO preferred).
• Experience with US telecom campaigns (AT&T, Spectrum) is an advantage.
• Strong English communication and customer-handling skills; proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Previous BPO or call center experience preferred.
