VIDIZMO LLC is seeking an engineer on the Sales team to convert VIDIZMO demos into working results on customers’ data, systems and cameras. You’ll run trials and paid pilots, build integrations and workflows, and hand a working solution to delivery when deals close.

This customer-facing role reports to Sales, collaborates with account executives and pre-sales, and success is measured by pilots that convert into deals. You will not own the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field.
• 3–6 years' experience, including hands-on development and at least 1 year in a customer-facing technical role (pre-sales, solutions engineering, implementation or TAM).
• Write working code (Python, C#/.NET or JavaScript) and build integrations with REST APIs and webhooks.
• Deploy and troubleshoot on Azure or AWS, on-premises and air-gapped, including SSO (SAML, OIDC, Entra ID).
• Practical AI knowledge (LLMs, RAG, computer vision, speech-to-text), and familiarity with video tech.
• Awareness of CJIS, HIPAA, FedRAMP and GDPR.
• Excellent English and confidence leading technical calls with US customers.
• Daily use of Claude or other AI tools to automate work.
• 10–20% support for outbound sales activity, including some cold calling.
• Authorized to work in Pakistan.

Responsabilités

• Join discovery calls to understand the customer's data, systems, security rules and success criteria, and turn them into a written pilot scope.
• Run technical demos on the customer's content and log every demo and pilot on the deal in HubSpot.
• Answer technical questions from customers and partners within one working day.
• Contribute technical and architecture sections of RFPs, bids and security questionnaires (CJIS, HIPAA, SOC 2-style, ISO 27001-based reviews).
• Stand up trial portals and paid pilots in the customer's environment: VIDIZMO SaaS, their cloud tenant, on-premises or air-gapped.
• Connect VIDIZMO to the customer's systems during the pilot: SSO, SCIM provisioning, storage, Teams/Zoom, LMS, CRM, ServiceNow.
• Build integrations, scripts and configurations for a pilot using REST APIs, webhooks and connectors; move video into Nexus.
• Onboard customer cameras and VMS streams into AI Live Insight, tune detections and alert routing, size GPU needs.
• Build no-code/low-code workflows in AI Intelligence Hub on customer data, set up Redactor policies and thresholds.
• Track pilot success criteria, report progress weekly, remove blockers.
