Job summary

PrimeXBT is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives in the local market. You will identify and engage IBs, Affiliates, KOLs, and traders to promote PrimeXBT and drive user growth and trading volume.

You will execute the IBs/Affiliates strategy, track channel performance, and adjust actions to maximize ROI, while staying informed about local industry trends and competitors. English communication is required.

Qualifications

Background in business development in Crypto/CFD industry is a must.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Portfolio of partners.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Passionate about the cryptocurrency industry.
Able to use English at a sufficient level for fluent communication.
Work well under pressure, strong in execution.
Excellent use of google office and friendly with both numbers and spreadsheets.
Having a base of partners with whom you have a good connection and have worked with before is a big plus.

Responsibilities

Identify and build relationships with local IBs/Affiliates/KOLs, traders and other potential partners to promote PrimeXBT in the local market.
Maintain a good relationship with IBs/Affiliates/KOLs and marketing channels for long-term cooperation.
Execute and monitor IBs/Affiliates strategy and analyse ROI.
