Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior CRM Operations professional to optimize CRM systems and processes across the revenue lifecycle. You will act as a SME for senior staff, guide junior colleagues, and collaborate with Technology to drive system enhancements.

Responsibilities include leading process improvements, enabling data-driven decisions, and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement across multiple functions within the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CRM operations or related field.
• Strong understanding of the Lead-to-Cash value chain.
• Proven hands-on experience in reporting and analytics.
• Ability to work with incomplete or conflicting data and identify options in non-routine situations.
• Experience collaborating with Technology teams on release cycles, user stories, backlog management, and UAT.
• Effective stakeholder management and influencing peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to enhancing the efficiency of CRM operational systems and processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, advising senior staff on complex CRM operational issues.
• Guide junior colleagues on best practices and operational processes.
• Collaborate with Technology teams to manage system enhancements.
• Participate in strategic transformation initiatives within CRM operations.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and scalability across the revenue lifecycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with peers across various functions to foster collaboration.
