Job summary

Qualifications

• 0 - 1 year experience in customer support, project management, or other client-relations roles.
• Experience with large enterprise clients is preferred.
• Review trends and client information to identify product or service growth opportunities.
• Must be tech-savvy with prior experience working with Google Apps for Work (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferably a degree in CS or Software Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the success of vFairs customers.
• Actively involved throughout the entire customer lifecycle starting from onboarding post-contract.
• Own and manage Customer onboarding experience.
• Create strong relationships with customers.
• Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels.
• Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues.
