Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the CRM system and customer database with data accuracy across segments.
• Track leads and follow-ups across multiple channels to improve conversion rates.
• Develop strategies to encourage repeat purchases and strengthen long-term relationships.
• Plan and execute customer communication campaigns via WhatsApp, email, SMS, and other channels.
