Job summary

Mashreq is seeking a Digital Product Expert with end-to-end responsibility for card products, services and channel strategies. You will work across product, marketing and IT to ensure an optimal customer experience and regulatory compliance.

You will lead agile ceremonies, translate strategy into executable policies, and coordinate with squads to enhance journeys, pricing, and delivery. Strong domain knowledge and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Cards/Consumer Finance banking experience.
• 5+ years translating requirements into user needs and data/ software engineering context.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end card product, services and channel strategy across global operations.
• Harmonize and optimize customer processes and daily product sales.
• Lead agile ceremonies and backlog prioritization as product owner.
• Monitor market developments and translate into actionable improvements for journeys.
• Translate strategy into policy aligned with IT landscape and regulations.
