Job summary

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. seeks an Assistant Manager - Credit Administration Unit to manage collateral documents tied to borrower facilities, with emphasis on vehicle finance, safe-keeping, and post-disbursement activities.

The role focuses on compliance with bank policies and efficient handling of security papers. The position requires analytical thinking, planning, and teamwork, along with strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Understanding the collateral documents against credit facilities availed by borrower from MMBL.
• Understanding of Vehicle Finance.
• Experience of collection, safe keeping & handling of collateral.
• Ensure collection & safe keeping of Loan Security documents like Charge Documents, Legal Documents, Title Deeds of property & insurance documents etc. in line with Bank’s policies & manuals
• Handling the registration of vehicle documents (Registration Book, Smart Card, Sale Certificate, Purchase invoice, ETO Registration Slip etc.).
• Release of loan security documents upon complete & final adjustment of Loans to branches.
• Assist in post disbursement CBCs and raise early warning signs to trigger prompt interventions. Assist in conducting the Inspection, Audits and other assignments as required.
• Propose & implement the finalized ideas for automation and digitizing the functional requirements to increase efficiency.
• Timely Reporting of pending collateral documents to branches.
• Any other tasks assign from Line Manager and Head of Department.

Responsibilities

• Support post-disbursement CBCs and flag risks.
• Coordinate inspections, audits and related tasks.
• Drive automation ideas to improve efficiency.
• Ensure timely reporting of pending collateral to branches.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
