Trickle Up, a UK-based digital marketing and HR agency, is hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive to join their growing sales team on behalf of a premium flexible workspace provider.

The role is client-facing, requires fluent English, and involves converting inbound and outbound leads, managing a sales pipeline, and building relationships with brokers, partners, and clients. You will speak with UK-based clients daily, conduct tours, and use CRM to track leads.

Qualificações

• Fluent English—written and spoken, essential for UK-based communications.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably B2B or client-facing.
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach to generating revenue.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to revenue growth.
• Confident communicator who builds strong relationships and manages a personal pipeline.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve consistent conversion rates and meet revenue targets.
• Drive sales across all product lines including viewings, memberships, and revenue.
• Conduct high-volume inbound/outbound calls and schedule tours and viewings.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline and close deals via phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide timely reporting on leads and activity.
