Job Description
About Us: At Trickle Up we are a UK-based digital marketing and HR agency delivering performance-driven results for clients across multiple sectors. We are hiring on behalf of one of our UK clients — a premium flexible workspace and coworking provider — for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join their growing sales team.
About the Role
This is a high-energy, client-facing sales role for someone who is commercially minded, confident on the phone, and passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience. You will be responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads into bookings, managing your own sales pipeline, and building strong relationships with brokers, partners, and existing clients.
Fluency in English — both written and spoken — is the single most important requirement for this role. You will be speaking with UK-based clients and partners daily and your communication must be confident, clear, and professional at all times.
What You Will Do
Sales & Marketing
- Achieve consistent conversion rates in line with department KPIs and revenue targets
- Work towards sales targets across all product lines — focusing on viewings booked, revenue, and memberships
- Hold engaging phone and email conversations to schedule viewings and conduct pre-tour calls to confirm attendance
- Engage with new and existing clients to book coworking day passes, meeting room and event space bookings via phone and email
- Process new leads effectively using the CRM in line with the sales process — ensuring leads are accepted or rejected accurately and on time
- Conduct a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in line with agreed performance targets
- Prospect, build, and manage your own sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities
- Negotiate with potential and current clients to close business via telephone, email, and face to face
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all products, centres, availability, and services to deliver a solution-focused sales experience
- Carry out exceptional office tours, coworking tours, and meeting room or event space viewings for prospects as required
Relationships
- Build positive relationships with broker partners and agents to increase lead volume
- Update brokers regularly with availability, pricing, and offers
- Respond quickly to brokers and prospects to maximise the chance of winning business
- Engage with existing clients to increase booking consistency across meeting rooms and event spaces
- Conduct thorough research on prospects through social media and search engines to qualify leads and prepare for conversations
- Work closely with Centre Teams to ensure seamless handovers for meetings, events, and tours
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and Client Development Managers to increase knowledge across all locations
- Work with the meetings and events sales associate to grow revenue and repeat business
Administration
- Keep the CRM updated at all times with clear and accurate notes following every conversation
- Diarise callbacks and manage tasks on time without exception
- Provide reporting on leads, viewings, no-shows, and cancellations when requested
- Monitor broker listings across all product lines to ensure accurate and professional presentation — including adding new locations, updating pricing, and making changes as required
- Complete all administration relating to sales and membership records accurately and on time
- Carry out ad hoc duties as and when required
