Job summary

US Mobile in Pakistan is seeking a Sales & Retention Specialist who turns conversations into outcomes and drives growth across the customer journey. This role emphasizes commercial instincts and collaboration with US-based Growth, Sales, Retention, and Product teams.

You will identify opportunities to convert, retain, upsell, and grow relationships, reduce churn, and experiment with new sales and retention strategies while maintaining a strong customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong sales instincts and ability to persuade without sounding scripted.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Natural ability to understand customer motivations, objections, and buying behavior.
• Strong judgment, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers across different stages of their journey and identify opportunities to convert, retain, upsell, and grow relationships.
• Understand why customers are considering leaving and develop effective approaches to reduce churn and win them back.
• Turn customer conversations into commercial opportunities without compromising the customer experience.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right plans, products, features, or solutions.
• Experiment with new sales and retention strategies, messaging, offers, and customer journeys.
• Proactively identify patterns behind lost sales, churn, objections, and customer behavior.
• Work closely with our Growth, Sales, Retention, and Product teams to test and scale new ideas.
• Track outcomes and use data to understand what’s working, what isn’t, and why.
• Bring ideas to the table rather than simply executing an existing playbook.
