Job summary

US Mobile, a rapidly growing wireless company, seeks a Sales & Retention Specialist in Pakistan to convert conversations into outcomes and reduce churn. You’ll work with US-based Growth, Sales, Retention, and Product teams, using data to drive revenue and customer lifetime value.

This role isn’t traditional support; it rewards commercial instinct, experimentation, and owning ideas from concept to execution in a fast-paced telecom environment.

Qualifications

• Strong sales instincts and the ability to persuade without sounding scripted or transactional.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Natural ability to understand customer motivations, objections, and buying behavior.
• Strong judgment, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
• Comfortable working with targets, conversion metrics, retention goals, and performance data.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers across different stages to convert, retain, upsell, and grow relationships.
• Understand why customers are leaving and develop approaches to reduce churn and win them back.
• Turn customer conversations into commercial opportunities without compromising the experience.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right plans, products, features, or solutions.
• Experiment with new sales and retention strategies, messaging, offers, and journeys.
• Proactively identify patterns behind lost sales, churn, objections, and behavior.
• Collaborate with US-based Growth, Sales, Retention, and Product teams to test and scale ideas.
• Track outcomes and use data to understand what’s working and why.
• Bring ideas to the table rather than just executing a playbook.
