Job summary

US Mobile, a rapidly growing wireless company, seeks a Sales & Retention Specialist in Pakistan to convert conversations into outcomes and reduce churn. You’ll work with US-based Growth, Sales, Retention, and Product teams, using data to drive revenue and customer lifetime value.

This role isn’t traditional support; it rewards commercial instinct, experimentation, and owning ideas from concept to execution in a fast-paced telecom environment.

• Natural ability to understand customer motivations, objections, and buying behavior.

We’re looking for a Sales & Retention Specialist in Pakistan who knows how to turn conversations into outcomes.

This isn’t a traditional customer support role. We’re looking for someone with a strong commercial instinct — someone who understands what customers need, knows how to influence decisions, can recognize an opportunity when they see one, and isn’t afraid to experiment with new ways of selling, retaining, and growing customers.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers across different stages of their journey and identify opportunities to convert, retain, upsell, and grow relationships

• Telecom experience is a plus, but not a requirement
