Job summary

Takmeel Square is seeking an experienced Construction Store Manager to oversee materials, inventory control, stock reconciliation, and site store operations on active construction sites. The role demands hands-on leadership, accountability, and strong coordination with project engineers and procurement teams.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, at least five years of inventory management on site, and excels in MS Excel, GRNs, stock

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline required.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on construction inventory management experience.
• Proven expertise in managing construction materials including cement, steel, electrical and plumbing supplies, finishing materials, and site equipment.
• Strong proficiency in stock reconciliation, GRNs, material requisitions, stock ledgers, and inventory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete construction site inventory, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, issuance, documentation, and reconciliation of materials.
• Monitor consumption, prevent wastage, and maintain stock accuracy; conduct periodic audits and prepare inventory reports.
• Coordinate with project engineers, procurement teams, and site supervisors to ensure material availability and accountability.
