Job summary

Zameen Group in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a Construction Site Store Incharge to manage inventory and materials on the construction site. The role requires a background in supply chain or related field, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail to support daily site activities.

You will receive, inspect, and store materials, maintain records, coordinate with engineers and procurement for material availability, conduct stock audits, and ensure safe, orderly store operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction-related store or inventory role.
• Good knowledge of construction materials and site store procedures.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store construction materials at the site.
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
• Coordinate with site engineers and procurement for timely material availability.
• Conduct regular stock audits and prepare inventory reports.
• Ensure proper tagging, stacking, and safe storage of materials.
• Maintain documentation including delivery challans, GRNs, and issue slips.
• Monitor and control material wastage or loss.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the store area.
