Job summary

Haleon—a leading consumer health company—is seeking a skilled Construction Safety Lead to develop and manage safety programs for onsite activities, ensuring compliance with global and local regulations. You will lead contractor safety, implement PTW processes, and drive safety training for all personnel and visitors.

The role requires 4–6 years of construction safety experience, NEBOSH IGC, and strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with multicultural teams and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-6 years in construction safety.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards (e.g., NFPA 70, OSHA).
• Strong leadership skills and ability to engage across cultures.
• NEBOSH IGC certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage construction safety programs to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Develop PTW system and contractor management per Haleon standards.
• Provide safety training for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Promote safety culture and coordinate with project managers and stakeholders.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies and external auditors.
