Job summary

Haleon plc is seeking a Construction Safety lead to ensure onsite safety and regulatory compliance across projects. You will develop and manage the construction safety program, coordinate with managers and contractors, and drive safety excellence on site.

The role requires 4–6 years in construction safety, NFPA/OSHA knowledge, and strong leadership to foster a culture of safety and high performance on diverse sites.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead safety initiatives across construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, NFPA).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update construction safety plans, policies, and programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and update PTW system and contractor management per Haleon standards.
• Provide safety training to employees, contractors, and visitors; conduct toolbox talks and site meetings.
