Job summary

Our five-star hotel in Karachi Pakistan is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Concierge Assistant to join our team

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Provide information and recommendations on local attractions restaurants and events
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants transportation services and other activities
• Arrange for special requests such as floral arrangements or spa appointments
• Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk area
• Keep updated records of guest preferences to personalize their experience during their stay

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel setting preferred
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English additional languages are a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Knowledge of local area attractions restaurants and events
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
