We are seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Multan. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients regarding computer systems, hardware, and software.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and related equipment
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
• Set up and maintain networks and servers
• Perform regular maintenance tasks such as virus scans and updates
• Train clients on how to use new hardware or software

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
• Knowledge of various operating systems including Windows and Mac OS
• Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting tools
• Ability to explain technical information in simple terms
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Multan (candidates from other cities may also apply)

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
