Job summary

PARCO is seeking a Commercial Assistant (Contractual Role) to support the Commercial Department in efficient supply operations. The role involves coordinating across station departments to meet daily product delivery targets and handling shift-based duties as required.

Ideal candidates have strong data-entry experience, proficient MS Office skills, and the ability to liaise with cross-functional teams while prioritising tasks.

Qualifications

• Up to 8 years with at least 5 years of experience in data entry and document/record handling.
• Good communication skills; hands-on experience with MS Office.
• Strong business understanding and ability to prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with OMC, Terminal, and Cartage Contractor representatives for smooth day-to-day operations.
• Liaise with the Station/Product Accountant on customs matters and maintain accurate correspondence and records.
• Verify Tank Lorry Induction Documents and keep accurate soft/hard-copy records.
• Update the OGRA Portal daily for MS/HSD dispatches, including Tank Lorry data verification.
• Develop daily/weekly upliftment plans and issue the Daily Product Upliftment Report.
• Coordinate with OMC representatives and Oil Movement for product delivery via Gantry or Pipeline.
• Liaise with Head Office to meet daily product upliftment targets.
• Process SAP transactions — IDDs, shipments, nominations, and allocations — against OMC tank loading slips and service orders.
• Ensure economical, safe, and efficient product delivery operations in line with company policy.
