In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective UK clients, responsible for initiating meaningful B2B conversations, qualifying prospects, and building a solid sales pipeline for our business development operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outbound cold calls to prospective clients and decision-makers across the UK market.
• Pitch company services clearly, handle initial objections, and spark interest in our solutions.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria and schedule discovery calls or appointments for the senior sales team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of call logs, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales and lead generation teams to refine calling scripts and improve outreach conversion rates.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly call volume and qualified lead targets.

Requirements & Qualifications
