Job summary

Innovative Tech Engineering in Lahore is seeking a skilled Machinist to join the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in machining, preferably in automotive/autoparts sectors, and be capable of operating CNC and conventional machines.

The position requires reading engineering drawings, measuring parts with Vernier caliper and micrometer, and maintaining tool setups, speeds, and feeds to ensure precision and quality.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of machining experience preferred.
• Experience in mechanical/manufacturing industry.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up conventional and CNC machining machines.
• Perform turning, milling, drilling and other machining operations.
• Read and understand engineering and mechanical drawings.
• Measure and inspect components using precision measuring instruments.
• Set cutting tools, speeds and feeds according to job requirements.
• Maintain dimensional accuracy and quality of finished parts.
• Perform machine setup and basic troubleshooting.
• Follow production schedules and safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper care of machines and tools.
