Job summary

Innovative Tech Engineering in Lahore is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. This on-site role focuses on programming, optimizing and supporting CNC machining operations during the morning shift.

You will read engineering drawings, select cutting tools and define cutting parameters, and use Mastercam or SolidCAM to develop CNC programs and improve cycle times. 2–5 years of relevant experience is preferred; familiarity with G-code and M-code is required, with

Qualifications

• CNC programming and machining operations experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and translate to machining processes.
• Familiarity with Mastercam or SolidCAM CAD/CAM tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize and troubleshoot CNC programs.
• Program CNC machines using G-Code and M-Code.
• Select appropriate cutting tools and define cutting parameters.
• Improve machining cycle times and production efficiency.
• Read and understand engineering drawings.
• Support production and resolve CNC programming-related issues.
• Work with CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam or SolidCAM.
