Qualifications

• Practical experience operating CNC milling machines in a precision manufacturing or machine-shop environment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, understand dimensions and tolerances, and follow machining instructions.
• Familiarity with machine setup, workholding, cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and basic program loading.
• Competence using vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection instruments.
• Ability to check component quality, identify deviations, and make basic offset adjustments within authorization.
• Understanding of safe machine operation, workshop housekeeping, and preventive care of equipment.
• Careful attention to detail, dependable attendance, teamwork, and clear communication with supervisors.

Job Description

Aura Engineering Pvt Ltd is seeking a CNC Milling Machine Operator to support precision manufacturing operations at its Karachi facility. The successful candidate will set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce components that meet approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC milling machines, load programs, select tooling, and verify workholding before production runs.
• Operate machines to manufacture parts according to engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
