High-Tech Manufacturing Enterprise is hiring a Robot Operator / CNC Automation Technician in Lahore. The role involves operating 6-axis robotic welding cells, programming motion paths, and ensuring precise TCP calibration for automated production lines.

The ideal candidate has Matriculation or a 2-Year DAE or vocational certificate in CNC, robotics, or mechatronics, plus at least 2 years of hands-on experience with robotic weld cells or CNC machines.

Competenze

• Educational qualifications: Matriculation or 2-Year DAE or vocational certificate in CNC / Industrial Robotics / Mechatronics from TEVTA.
• Experience: 2 years in operating industrial robotic welding cells or multi-axis CNC machines.

Mansioni

• Operate 6-axis industrial robotic welding and material handling cells.
• Jog robot arms using teach pendant in different coordinate systems.
• Calibrate and verify Tool Center Point (TCP) and torch/wire alignment.
• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on robots and cells.
• Address alarms, interlocks, and perform cycle optimization on the cell.
