Job summary

Zones is seeking a Cloud Solution Specialist to support contract renewals, maintain renewal data, and generate quotes. You will work closely with Sales, Licensing Support Specialists, and Licensing Advisors to ensure renewals are managed efficiently.

You will also prepare BOMs, manage publisher contracts, and keep documentation up to date while tracking progress and risks across renewal cycles. This role contributes to continuous improvement and industry‑trend awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience supporting contract renewals, operations, licensing, or sales support functions.
• Strong attention to detail with data accuracy.
• Experience preparing quotes, BOMs, and renewal-related documentation.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Process-oriented mindset with focus on documentation.
• Interest in staying current with publisher programs, industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update renewal data across monthly, quarterly, and annual renewal cycles to ensure accuracy and visibility.
• Generate renewal quotations in a timely manner to support successful contract renewals.
• Develop and maintain proficiency in the creation and management of publisher contracts.
• Prepare and provide accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and order-related information to Account Managers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Licensing Support Specialists (LSS), and Licensing Advisors (LA) to support renewal opportunities and business priorities.
• Track renewal activities and provide regular status updates, highlighting timelines, risks, and potential challenges.
• Research publisher updates and industry developments to support informed decision-making and renewal planning.
• Create, maintain, and enhance process documentation to drive consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Support operational excellence by identifying opportunities to improve renewal processes and workflows.
