Zones IT Solutions is seeking a Client Success Manager Trainee to ensure client satisfaction, manage orders, build strong relationships, and support project management. The role emphasizes autonomous work in a fast-paced environment and requires experience in enterprise sales and excellent communication.

You will handle order fulfillment, quotes, relationship management, and service level adherence while collaborating with Sales and PMO to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Enterprise level sales.
• Strong customer service skills and commitment to meet or exceed customer requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and process expertise.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment – Process orders and quotes promptly and accurately.
• Relationship Building – Interact and build relationships with customers daily.
• Customer Service – Provide for customer operational and reporting needs.
• Sourcing – Process, coordinate and manage off-catalog customer requests.
• Project Management – Plan accounts and coordinate needs.
• Primary focus on new accounts for the first 6 months and at-risk accounts on the Service Desk.
