Job summary

Prime System Solutions in Lahore is seeking a motivated Management Trainee Officer (MTO) - Customer Success for a 3-month trainee program. The role focuses on onboarding, support, and delivering excellent service to clients.

The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate eager to build a career in Customer Success, client relationships, and service delivery, with hands-on training and exposure to CRM and reporting. Timings are 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT (non-negotiable).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Assist the Customer Success team in managing client relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
Support customer onboarding by guiding clients through products, services, and processes.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems with relevant information.
Monitor customer feedback and escalated concerns when necessary.
Assist in preparing customer reports, presentations, and account updates.
Learn company products, services, and processes to effectively support customers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and continuous learning initiatives.
