Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring timely responses.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve concerns professionally, demonstrating empathy and maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments to enable smooth service delivery and enhance client support processes.
• Prepare and deliver clear, impactful presentations using PowerPoint to communicate service updates and value propositions.
• Represent the Client Service Department in various meetings, actively contributing to discussions and client-focused initiatives.
• Maintain strong client relationships by providing consistent, attentive service and addressing client feedback proactively.
• Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, resolving service issues efficiently to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to identify challenges and implement effective solutions that benefit both clients and the company.
• Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions and service follow-ups to support quality assurance.
• Collaborate across functions to align client service strategies with overall business objectives.
