Job summary

Har Aik Global Associates LLP seeks an experienced Assistant Manager to support the management team in delivering high-quality professional services, managing client engagements, and ensuring timely completion of assignments.

The role involves coordinating with clients and internal teams, reviewing work for accuracy, mentoring junior staff, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to business development.

Qualifications

• CA/ACCA qualification required.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in professional services, consulting, audit, tax, advisory, or similar.
• Big 4 or reputable firm experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Full time onsite role; timings 11:00 am to 8:00 pm; Sunday to Thursday working days.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise assigned client engagements and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of assignments.
• Review work performed by team members and ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
• Assist managers/partners in planning, budgeting, and monitoring engagement progress.
• Identify issues, provide solutions, and escalate matters when required.
• Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other client deliverables.
• Mentor and guide junior team members and monitor their performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely responses to client requirements.
• Contribute to business development and other firm initiatives.
