Reach First invites applications for the role of Client Success Coordinator. You will be the main contact for assigned clients, building relationships, understanding their objectives, and ensuring successful use of our products or services.

Preference will be given to candidates based in Edmonton Alberta due to travel for conferences and meetings. This role is based in Bahria Phase 4, Islamabad, and offers coaching, development opportunities, and a competitive compensation package.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field from a reputable university.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in a client-facing or customer success role.
• Proficient with CRM tools and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships aligned with business objectives.
• Provide timely support via email, phone, or virtual meetings and monitor client engagement.
