Job summary

Advanced university degree (master's degree or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field is required.
A first-level university degree (bachelor’s degree) in the areas mentioned above, in combination with an additional two years of qualifying experience will be given due consideration.

Responsibilities

Plan, design, implement and monitor civil works for the Flood Recovery Programme (FRP).
Conduct feasibility studies, prepare designs, Bills of Quantities and cost estimates.
Support procurement of civil works and oversee construction ensuring quality standards.
Oversee third‑party monitoring and supervision engineering firm(s) and provide leadership as needed.
Support knowledge sharing and learning within the team and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
