The Project Engineering Analyst will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and monitoring civil works projects for the Flood Recovery Programme (FRP). This includes conducting feasibility studies, preparing designs, Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and cost estimates, supporting procurement of civil works, overseeing construction and ensuring quality standards. She/he will lead communication with key stakeholders in the construction projects, reviewing the information on the progress and completion of civil works (e.g. interim payment certificates) and monitor the quality and timeliness of the works in progress.
