The incumbent will drive innovation in WTG technology, strengthen external partnerships, and build internal leadership talent to sustain growth and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• BE in Mechanical or Electrical with 20 years of field experience.
• Minimum 10 years as senior manager plant operations in a reputed power organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for the wind power portfolio.
• Offer technical expertise on Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs).
• Lead operations oversight and financial stewardship for the wind power portfolio.
• Drive innovation in WTG technology to strengthen competitive position.
• Strengthen external partnerships and support business development.
