HugoBank in Karachi, Pakistan seeks a Head of Cards and Payments to own the entire domain across consumer and merchant segments. You will set strategy, P&L, and represent the bank with card schemes, regulators, and partners, driving one unified rail and risk posture.

The role leads product strategy, design, and implementation, manages vendor relationships, and guides cross-functional teams in Technology, Risk, Finance, and Operations to deliver secure, scalable payments capabilities including

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field required.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in Cards, Payments, or Digital Banking, with at least 2 years in a senior role owning P&L.

Mansioni

• Set and own end-to-end strategy for HugoBank's Cards and Payments across Retail and Merchant & Business Banking.
• Define differentiated value propositions for consumer and merchant segments.
• Own the consolidated Cards and Payments Product Roadmap and P&L across segments.
• Manage vendor and processor relationships for card issuance, tokenization, and payment infrastructure.
• Oversee compliance with SBP regulations and internal risk policies; drive risk reviews and remediation.
