Zameen.com is looking to hire a Chat Support Officer for its Bayut and Dubizzle Operations, based in Gulberg, Lahore. The role focuses on delivering timely, accurate assistance to clients via email and live chat, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.

The position requires strong written and spoken English, excellent communication and follow-up skills, and the ability to liaise with internal staff for day-to-day queries.

Formación

• 6–12 months of experience in email/chat support.

Responsabilidades

• Provision packages upon receiving invoices for new and existing accounts.
• Upgrade client accounts upon invoices from different channels.
• Degrade client accounts upon expiration.
• Handle degradation requests from Ops, Customer Service, Listing Team.
• Set up XML feed integration.
• Escalate client grievances related to Bayut.com to operations management.
• Provide live chat support to web users.
• Provide after-sales support to account managers.

Zameen.com is looking to hire a ‘Chat Support Officer for its Bayut and Dubizzle Operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for provisioning the packages upon receiving invoices for new & existing accounts.
• Responsible for client account up gradation upon receiving invoices from different channels.
• Responsible for client account degradation upon expiration of client accounts.
• Responsible for handling other degradation requests from different channels (Ops, Customer Service, Listing Team).
• Responsible to setup XML feed Integration.
• Clients grievance handling by escalating all issues related to Bayut.com, reported by clients, A/C manager to manager operations.
• Live chat support to all related web users.
• Providing after sales & support to all account managers.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 06 months - 1 Year (Email/Chat Support
• Education: Must be a graduate.
• Location: Gulberg, Lahore
• Shifts: Hybrid
• Position Level: Entry Level
• Should have very good command over spoken and special written English.
• Can communicate with Internal/external staff for their day-to-day queries & their quick fix.
• Preferably a graduate with a minimum 0.5 year experience.
• Experience in Customer services role, preferably from a support/call centre.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Have a working knowledge of computer software like MS Word and Excel.
