Job summary

Qualifications
- BBA or BS in Statistics required.
- 1–2 years of experience in data/ business analysis preferred.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to translate data into insights.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns and insights that support business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive performance reports for management decisions.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and Excel to present insights clearly.
- Monitor KPIs continuously to detect performance issues and opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor reports and dashboards to data needs.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through detailed validation checks.
- Stay updated on data analytics and visualization techniques to enhance reporting capabilities.
- Translate complex data into clear visuals for non-technical audiences.
- Provide analytical insights to support channel management strategies.
