Job summary

Raast Payments Pakistan Pvt. Ltd., a SBP subsidiary, seeks a visionary CEO to lead the country’s flagship digital payments platform from Karachi.

The role demands strategic leadership to accelerate growth, build ecosystem partnerships, and advance financial inclusion with secure, scalable solutions. The CEO will engage with SBP, regulators, and international partners, drive product strategy and innovation across real-time payments, interoperability, and G2P disbursements, and ensure regulatory

Qualifications

• Proven track record in senior executive roles within financial services, fintech, or payments.
• Experience leading national-scale digital payment platforms.
• Strong understanding of policy, regulatory alignment and public-private partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and scale operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee the digital payments platform’s growth.
• Engage with SBP regulators and key stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Lead product and service expansion for individuals, businesses, and government.
• Ensure system security, scalability, and performance of Raast.
