Job summary

Nysonian seeks an Order Management Executive to own the full order lifecycle for its Canadian market from Islamabad. You will ensure accurate pricing, taxes, and inventory across OMS/ERP, manage post-purchase changes, and lead returns and carrier relations with 3PL partners.

You will collaborate with Customer Support, maintain data accuracy, and drive cost control while leveraging Excel for reporting and analysis. This in-person role requires disciplined operations and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations.
• 2–4 years in e-commerce or D2C operations with hands-on ownership of order management, returns, and shipping workflows, ideally within the Canadian market.
• Knowledge of Canadian carrier networks (Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, FedEx) and cross-border shipping requirements.
• Understanding of Canadian tax structures (GST/HST/PST) as applied to e-commerce transactions.
• Experience with OMS platforms, Shopify, and ERP/WMS systems to manage order and inventory workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for reconciliation, reporting, and operational data analysis.
• High attention to detail in invoice auditing and data accuracy, with strong communication skills for managing external partners and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Order Management: Own daily processing and validation of Canadian e-commerce orders, ensuring pricing, taxes, inventory allocation, and order status integrity across OMS/ERP systems.
• Order Lifecycle Control: Manage post-purchase modifications, backorders, and pre-orders while coordinating updates with Customer Support.
• Returns Operations Ownership: Lead the full returns lifecycle—from authorization to resolution—ensuring compliance with Canadian policies and 3PL partner coordination.
• Shipping & Carrier Management: Monitor outbound shipments, manage carrier relationships, and resolve delivery exceptions and proof-of-delivery requirements.
• Claims & Exception Handling: Initiate and manage carrier claims for lost or damaged shipments, ensuring timely resolution and tracking.
• Freight Audit & Cost Control: Reconcile shipping invoices, maintain rate trackers, and support carrier performance initiatives.
• 3PL Coordination & Performance Oversight: Liaise with warehouse partners to ensure SLA adherence, inventory accuracy, and issue resolution.
