Job summary

Acgile is seeking a Shopify E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our Shopify store, catalog, e-commerce operations, warehouse integrations, and data reporting from Islamabad. You will coordinate closely with vendors, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure accurate product data, pricing, and order processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, information technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant e-commerce experience with strong Shopify experience.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with Matrixify or similar bulk data tools.
• Knowledge of OMS, warehouse operations, inventory management, order processing and dropshipping.
• Experience with Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Google Analytics certification is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, warehouses and tech providers.
• Python knowledge is a plus for data analysis.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Shopify store and day-to-day e-commerce operations.
• Manage Shopify apps, integrations, and troubleshoot issues.
• Create, update, and maintain product listings with accurate data.
• Bulk product uploads/updates using Matrixify or similar tools.
• Maintain SKU, pricing, inventory, and catalog data.
• Perform regular audits of product data and inventory.
• Monitor OMS, warehouse, inventory and order-processing workflows.
• Understand multi-warehouse and dropshipping operations including order routing and fulfillment.
• Investigate discrepancies between Shopify, OMS, warehouse and vendor inventory.
• Monitor inventory feeds, pricing updates, shipping and order-related issues.
• Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, OMS providers and internal teams.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns including Shopping, Performance Max and Search.
• Manage Google Merchant Center and troubleshoot product feed issues.
• Prepare sales, revenue, order, inventory, product and marketing reports.
• Analyze e-commerce data to identify trends, issues and opportunities.
• Apply SEO, AEO, GEO to improve visibility and product discoverability.
• Use Excel for data analysis, reporting and large-scale data management.
• Monitor performance with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Shopify Analytics.
