Job summary

leading-edge is seeking an Operations Executive in Karachi to support and enhance operational activities, coordinating with clients and Canadian shipping lines. The role focuses on shipment tracking, issue resolution, and process optimization within the local office.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field or fresh graduates with 1–2 years of experience, plus strong English communication and basic Microsoft Office skills. Knowledge of the Canadian market is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of experience in operations or related fields.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Some exposure to or interest in the Canadian market.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operational processes and client communication.
• Track shipments and help resolve issues.
• Support the operations team in process optimization.
• Maintain records of operational activities.
• Set up minimum price and knowledge of pricing strategy.
• Assist in preparing reports on key metrics.
• Help identify and resolve operational challenges.
• Support department efficiency with ad-hoc tasks.
