Job summary

SRC (Private) Limited is seeking a dynamic Business Development Officer – Packaging Adhesives in Rawalpindi to identify new opportunities, promote adhesive solutions to customers, and expand the company’s presence in the packaging industry.

You will build and maintain relationships with clients and distributors, coordinate with production and technical teams to meet requirements, visit markets regularly, and strive to achieve sales targets while tracking market trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of sales/business development experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Own motorcycle with a valid driving license is mandatory.
• Knowledge of packaging, adhesives, industrial chemicals, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
