Software Finder is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst in Lahore to support lead generation with real-time analysis, data management, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with lead gen teams to define needs, monitor performance, and spot gaps.
• Provide real-time and ad hoc analysis to support data-driven decisions.
• Maintain historical data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
• Create and refine reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
• Develop new reports and analytics solutions per evolving requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate findings.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven process improvements.
