Ibtdara is seeking a proactive Marketing & PR Executive to strengthen brand visibility and expand its industry network. The role focuses on securing podcast appearances for the CEO, coordinating participation in business events and industry fairs, and building relationships with media platforms and event organizers.

The candidate will manage outreach, tracking, and logistics, while maintaining a professional external presence and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent research, outreach, networking, and coordination abilities.
• Confidence in approaching external stakeholders and representing the company professionally.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities independently.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify podcasts, business shows, conferences, exhibitions, and networking events aligned with Ibtdara's niche.
• Proactively reach out to podcast hosts, media platforms, and event organizers to secure appearances for the CEO.
• Coordinate schedules, invitations, registrations, and logistical arrangements for engagements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and support business growth.
• Maintain a tracker of outreach activities, engagements, events, and opportunities.
• Attend relevant business events alongside the CEO when required.
