Wahab PR Agency is seeking a driven Brand Partnerships & Business Development Specialist for a remote, part-time, commission-based role. You will identify brands, reach out, pitch services, and onboard campaigns.

The role focuses on building relationships with Brand Managers, Marketing Heads, and HR personnel, coordinating with our Influencer Relations team to execute campaigns. This is performance-based with earning potential tied to successful partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cold outreach and B2B sales.
• Strong pitching, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Good command of professional English and Urdu (verbal/written).
• Ability to research markets and identify high-potential leads.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and client follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential brands for collaboration.
• Reach Brand Managers, Marketing Heads, and HR personnel via cold emails, LinkedIn, and calls.
• Pitch services, present portfolios, and negotiate deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and contact potential brands, corporate clients, and businesses for collaboration.
• Reach out directly to Brand Managers, Marketing Heads, and HR personnel through cold emails, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
• Pitch Wahab PR Agency's services, present portfolios, and negotiate mutually beneficial collaboration deals.
• Onboard secured brands and collaborate internally with our Influencer Relations team to execute successful campaigns.
• Maintain long-term, professional relationships with onboarded brands to secure recurring business.

Job Specification: Required Skills and Competencies:

• Proven experience in Cold Outreach, Lead Generation, and B2B Sales.
• Excellent Pitching, Communication, and Corporate Negotiation skills.
• Strong command over professional English and Urdu (both verbal and written).
• Ability to perform Market Research to identify active marketing trends and high-potential brand leads.
