Job summary

Ibtdara seeks a proactive Marketing & PR Executive to strengthen brand visibility and expand the industry's network, supporting growth through strategic external engagements. The role focuses on securing CEO podcast appearances, coordinating participation in events and fairs, and building relationships with media platforms, event organizers, and professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent research, outreach, networking, and coordination abilities.
• Confidence in approaching external stakeholders and representing the company professionally.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in Urdu and English

Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant podcasts, business shows, conferences, exhibitions, and networking events aligned with Ibtdara's business niche.
• Proactively reach out to podcast hosts, media platforms, and event organizers to secure appearances, speaking opportunities, and event participation for the CEO.
• Coordinate schedules, invitations, registrations, and logistical arrangements for confirmed engagements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility, establish strategic connections, and support business growth.
• Maintain an organized tracker of outreach activities, confirmed engagements, upcoming events, and potential opportunities.
• Attend relevant business events alongside the CEO when required.
